I am a Seattle based Life Skills Coach serving the Eastside communities of Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell and Mill Creek.
My specialty is working with individuals who are in the process of seeking relief from addictive tendencies who have hit a rough patch that is affecting their quality of life. The goal is to get back on track and start to move forward again. Typical coaching situations include illness, loss, re-entering the work force, re-building self esteem and re-building relationships.
I have the knowledge, training, and experience to address the needs of the individual client at a level that is right for the individual to get back into action.
I worked for a large corporation for 33 consecutive years successfully building Team leaders and increasing the management potential in those I managed. I was also responsible for International Teams, specifically in Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Singapore, Argentina, London, Panama, Holland, Belize and Costa Rica. My teams were the recipient of numerous achievement/performance awards on both a Domestic and an International level.
Early retirement afforded me the opportunity to begin a second career pursuing a strong desire to become a Life Skills Coach. I am a certified “Mindset for Success” & “Mindset of Christ” Coach having completed ICF approved coach training programs developed and offered by the Gardner Institute, Southlake, TX. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I now live in my home state of Washington relocating back to the beautiful northwest from Texas. I am married to Jim, have two adult daughters and five grandchildren and I consider myself richly blessed.
